OUR FEE
We charge a 15% service fee on your total order. Minimum charge at HKD30 per order for general items and HKD50 for customized items / furniture.
Shipping fee from China to Hong Kong will be billed at cost and is paid upon order is made.
For delivery to Hong Kong residential / remote areas, courier company will be charging an additional fee of HKD20-30, and this will be paid by you upon receiving the item.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Get started by filling in the below request form, it will give us an idea of the item(s) you're looking for. Our team will be in touch with you via WhatsApp giving you different options and price quote on the items we found matching your requests.
Once you have confirmed which item(s) you'd like to order, we will send you payment details to complete the order. Order will only be placed once full payment has been received.
For general items, delivery normally takes 10-14 days to arrive Hong Kong. Longer production and delivery time is expected for customized items / furniture / multi-shop orders.
REFUND / RETURN POLICIES
Our team at Taobao For You is committed to sourcing affordable high quality products for you, having said that, we cannot guarantee authenticity and quality of the item(s) since they are shipped directly from the seller to you. All items are non-refundable once order has been confirmed and paid.
If unfortunately you have received any damaged item(s), please contact us immediately after you received the package. Send us photos of the item(s), original packaging and courier label(s), we will do our best to negotiate with the seller at your best interest for a solution. As a policy with many Taobao sellers, postage / courier fee for any return item(s) is to be paid by you.
