By choosing to shop with taobaoeasy.com, you accept the Terms and Conditions below and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between you and us.
ORDER
All prices on the website are reflected in Hong Kong Dollars, providing delivery is to a location in Hong Kong, with the exception of outlying islands and restricted zones. Deliveries outside of Hong Kong is not available.
After placing an order and payment is made by you via Stripe, an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order will be sent. At that point, a binding agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subjected to acceptance by us and stock availability. You understand and agree that a refund on the order will be made to you when stock couldn’t be allocated and we will notify you by email.
PAYMENT
Only payment via Stripe is accepted on this website.
We take every reasonable care to ensure that your order and subsequent transactions are conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link, we will not, unless we are negligent, be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information you provide via such link. If products are not available for any reason after we have accepted your order, we will notify you by email and refund any amounts already paid by way of a credit to your bank or to your Stripe account.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once we accept your order, a binding agreement between us will be built. For any reasons, order cancellation is not allowed at or after this point and all sold items are non-refundable.
DELIVERY
We thrive to deliver all products within Hong Kong, with the exception of outlying islands and restricted zones, within 14 days from acceptance of your order, but as there are many factors involved in the delivery process, any time quoted for delivery are genuine estimates only and are given in good faith, but are not guaranteed. Having said that, please understand that we are unable to accept any liability if there is any delay in delivery.
All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you in the order. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. For residential areas and remote areas deliveries, an additional fee of HKD20-30 will be charged by courier company and this fee will be paid by you when you receive the item(s).
For buildings without lift or where delivery can only be accessed through staircases, courier company will deliver the item(s) to ground floor or a designated location only. You can however, negotiate with the delivery team to carry your item(s) up your stairs if needed with an additional charge per item, per floor. These additional fees go directly to the delivery team who do the hard work on the day and is mutually agreed by you and the delivery team.
All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered and found to be in conformity to the contract. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason (other than when we are at fault), we will notify you and store the products at your risk. If you wish us to redeliver the products to you after the 2-times delivery, additional fee applies for such re-delivery. If we do not hear from you within 28 days, order will be seen as forfeited and refund will not be made.
RETURN OF GOODS
All sold items are non-refundable. Please check all item(s) to confirm they are in good state before singing the acknowledged receipt with the courier company. By signing on the delivery note, you confirm that the goods received are in good condition and at this point, any dispute will not be accepted.
In the case if the item(s) received is damaged, please do not sign the acknowledged receipt with the courier company and contact us immediately. Please send us photo(s) of the damaged item(s), original packaging, and courier labels and we will do our best to negotiate with the seller(s) in China. Most sellers on Taobao offers "free shipping" within China only. Thus, courier fee for any replacement item(s) / part(s) from China to Hong Kong will be paid by you. In case if the seller(s) in China agrees for an exchange or return, you will be charged for the costs and expenses of returning the item(s) to China, which must be paid in full prior any refund or exchange is made.

Unless expressly stated to the contrary and to the fullest extent permitted by law, taobaoeasy.com and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified us, our officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and affiliates against all claims, demands, loss, damages, cost and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of the Terms and Conditions.
